When is the best time to start teaching your child another language? It’s earlier than you thought

Bilinguals have different brains than monolingual brains.

Bilinguals brains can do a lot more than mono-lingual brains.

The question: When is the best time to start teaching your child to be bilingual?

These guys, (I’ll tell you who later) think you should start when the baby is still in the mommy’s bellies.

They have a $50 word to explain how they know – ‘high-amplitude sucking-preference procedure.’

The baby will suck harder if they are interested and familiar with what they hear.

Interesting might also mean I am interested in someone turning that off! It’s annoying me.

Classical music played on the mommy’s bellies is supposed to make the baby more intelligence.

“That’s Bach. That’s Chopin. That’s Scarlatti. That’s Beethoven.”

Babies who hear the same thing 3 months before they are born recognize those words after they are born.

But, do they remember them when they are older?

I am only 5 and I can’t remember anything when I was one. Or can I?

The people who say that babies can learn in their mommy’s bellies sell language and translation stuff.

Be careful about people who want to teach you something so they can sell you something. It’s not always wrong, of course. Just need to be careful.
