Riddle – when can a grandchild be older than her/his grandparents?

It’s no miss story (Ed: mystery) to me.

In China with Gong Gong and Poh Poh

I am a grandchild…a kid…a squirt…a peanut…a munchkin (take your pick). My daddy calls me all of them along with Gundam, dawg, M & M, princess, sweetheart, pumpkin…(Ed: okay, we get it!)

I am a granddaughter, just 3-years old. But I am older than my grandparents. I am older than Gong Gong and Poh Poh. Go figure, right?

How does that happen?

Well, my daddy says that Gong Gong and Poh Poh were born again <= click to read about it. They became babies again!

Wow! Isn’t that cool? Not sure what it all means, but I trust my daddy. I am little and I don’t mind trusting him. He would NEVER tell me wrong. Besides, he teaches me to think for myself.

Anyway, my grandpa and grandma are just weeks old now. It happened on 9/11. Yeah, good things can happen on that date.

I wonder if when I get older I will have to start over, get born again. I dunno about those things yet. I will think about that later.

But for now, I am just glad I don’t have to change Gong Gong and Poh Poh’s diapers!
