The 3 most important steps in effective blogging was captured on camera today when my mommy dropped by the Panera Bread shop to pick me up after a morning of working with my problogger daddy yecky (Ed: aka) Wil.by.

Daddy gives his 50 best tips to make $4 (Ed: Mia thinks all money units come in 4s.) by blogging at his problogging web site.

Daddy also brings me to work with him sometimes. And he buys me purple drinks (Ed: raspberry smoothies) and flower cookies. (Ed: cookies shaped like flowers.)

And and, he teaches me stuff, too.

Today I learned 3 very important steps to be a defective  (Ed: effective, sigh) blogger.  And just by axe in dents (Ed: accidents) my mommy caught them on camera.

Step 1 to be an effective blogger – Think

Bloggers need to use their noodles...um, thinkers.

Daddy says there are a lot of people who don’t think but do think (huh?) they are bloggers. For some reason, just because they can hit the keyboard a lot and know where the publish button is, they reckon they are bloggers. Not so, says Daddy

They also wonder why nobody reads their stuff.

Gotta think good thoughts. That’s what daddy says.

Step 2 to be an effective blogger – Write

Bloggers need to write....and hit publish...a LOT

It ain’t no good to think good thoughts. You gotta hit the keyboard…again and again and again and again….and you gotta gotta hit the publish button.

Daddy says that the more times you hit the publish button, the more chances you have of somebody finding your stuff. Duh.

The more stuff you have in the spider web, the better chance of catching a bug I guess.

Step 3 to be an effective blogger – look for social poof. (Ed: proof!)

Bloggers need Social Proof

After you write stuff…gotta find people to read it and think, “That’s good.” Face the book, Linked the inn and Google plus minus zero. Daddy says these guys are the good backlink Jen are ate hers. (Ed: generators).

Especially if your stuff is good and your friends pass it around.

Do these three things over and over and over again…and according to my daddy, you can be a infective (Ed: effective) blogger.

Try it and let me know how it goes for you.
